WebDav on version 3

HI Guys,

I have installed own cloud version 3 and it works a treat I can use webdav with firefox but I can't seem to get it working on my mac I have tried finder and cyberduck but it just won't work.

Im not sure if i have missed anything but any help would be welcome!

Hi redsumo,
I am using Mac Os X Lion and the following address to access my oc webdav file list:
press Apple+K or "Go" menu and "Connect to Server"
http://SERVER/files/webdav.php
SERVER= the path to your owncloud instance.
Try this way to see if it works.

This is what im trying and I get

Check the server name or IP address, and then try again. If you continue to have problems, contact your system administrator.

Hi Richard,
On your server address do you also add /owncloud/
I have the same error message if I try
http://SERVER/files/webdav.php
instead of
http://SERVER/owncloud/files/webdav.php
Just in case.

No I have uploaded the files to the root not /owncloud/

I have resolved this by moving to Ubuntu server for some reason my centos install wouldnt play ball with webdav!

make sure you have the following installed also.

libproxy libproxy-bin libproxy-python pakchois

you should be able to yum and apt-get them to install.
once that done restart apache. mac and window should now be able
connect fine to the webdav. if still have issue's with windows
have a look here http://owncloud.org/support/webdav/
