SSL Connection Popup

Postby rendered » Tue May 22, 2012 10:17 am

Hi,

I'm using OC v4 Server and 1.0.2 sync client running on Windows x64 and using Apache and MySQL. I've configured OC to use SSL but I seem to get a pop up everytime I want to access the status or add a folder in the sync client.

The popup is a SSL Connection popup mentioning "Warnings about current SSL Connection:" then a blank page and then at the bottom it has a checked box and: "check if you want t continue via SSL and trust the shown certificates.". I click OK and it pops up about 4 times and then goes away - then it might sync my data if I'm lucky.

Is anyone else having a similar issue or knows how to solve this?

I'm having the same issue; 4x same empty warning screen. I connect using an IP address i.s.o. a DDNS. I used the IP address as Common Name in the certificate.

I read some posts where people actually had issues with their certificate but they forgot to use there fully qualified hostname as Common Name in the certificate. Instead, I used my IP address for that.

I've just updated to the latest server and client build and I'm still getting this issue. I get the following screen everytime owncloud wants to sync/connect to my server:

I have also recreated my certificates and checked the common name in the cert. Please help.
