Sync Contact Pics btw. OwnCloud 4,Thunderbird,Android&IPad?

Im looking for a way to sync the pictures of my contacts between the ownclod 4, thunderbird 12, android 2.2 and the ipad. Is it possible? Or does anybody know a workaround?

Well, it is working flawlessly for me between ownclod 4, thunderbird 12, android 4 and the ipad.

- For Thunderbird I have installed the following Add-On's:
a. SoGo connector (http://www.sogo.nu/downloads/frontends.html)
b. moreFunctionsForAddressBook (https://nic-nac-project.org/~kaosmos/morecols-en.html)
- For Android by using "CardDAV-Sync" and "Contact Editor Pro" from Google Play (these are commercial programs).
- And for the iPad it's working without installing additional programs.

Thx for your answer. Im using all this extensions and the sync of the contacts works fine and flawlessly for me too, but not the sync of the contact pictures.

I have uploaded all my contactpics in the owncloud and puted them into my contacts. In the owncloud it works fine and i can see the pics online. But not in the thunderbird.

Well, I am doing it the "other way round": I am editing and adding contacts, attaching contact pictures through Thunderbird's address book which are then synced to owncloud (and to Android/iPad). At least this way the contact pictures are displaying on all devices.

Hmm, i tryed this now but it wont work.

I added the pics to thunderbird with files from my computer, but i cant see them in the owncloud...

Maybe a bug? Im using ownCloud 5 pre alpha (up to date) and tunderbird 12.0.1.

Well, owncloud 4 is still "warm" but you already installed ver 5? pre alpha??????? I suggest you go for oc 4 for the time being if you want a working cloud

With Thunderbird Address Book, have you set up a Remote Address Book (File --> New --> Remote Addressbook)? It won't update anything on owncloud when adding/editing/adding pictures with the Personal Address Book.

Shure, and it recives all changes from owncloud. But no change in the other way (thunderbird->owncloud).

I have the same problem. The photos are not synced between OC 4 and Thunderbird, no matter what I do...
