embedded images svg / png

Hi everybody,

I read in the forum that IE8 does need some plugins to display svg, which explains why it doens't work for me. That being said, I just realized that the demo site demo.owncloud.org actually displays the images very well in IE8! It seems like it's swapping the svg for the png files that are present in the img folders.

Anybody has an idea of how that magic swap was activated?

Just tried it and get the following message:

No, it works well in IE for me (see attached screen shot). And when looking at the properties, I can see that it swapped the svg for the png.

No, first you did not talk about demo.owncloud.org
My screenshot shows IE8 when viewing a svg file in my owncloud.

I just want to make sure you had the same condition before trying to help you.

I had the url for it in my original post

I get the same result as you when trying on my install of it. My question is how do I make it work like in demo.owncloud.org.
