Environment: Debian 6 on a VPS
Server: Nginx 1.2.6
Database: MySQL
Client: Doesn't matter, Chrome, IE, FF
OC-Version: Newest
PHP-Version: 5.3.21

Seems to be an ongoing problem.

DEFINE("DEBUG", true);
In config.php fixed the issue.
