Translation templates are not up to date!

Hello,

German translation of ownCloud 4.0 is not finished!

I can not update my translation because the template files in the folder l10n/templates are not up to date!

For instance the strings "Rename", "days ago" (see Screenshot) do not exist in the template files!

Where can I get the template files with all necessary strings?


Another question: What is the difference between the folders l10n/de and l10n/de_DE? The files in folder l10n/de seem to be more complete than the ones in the other folder.

Hopefully sombody can help me!

I tried a lot of things to translate some texts in to German:

==> Translating owncloud using poedit in sub forum OwnCloud Community Edition

But I could not found a way to translate the strings, which you can see in the screenshot (first post).
